And in the end it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years.
~ Abraham Lincoln ~ -

I look in hope and fear;
But grateful take the good I find,
The best of now and here.
John G. Whittier -
What lies behind you and what lies in front of you, pales in comparison to what lies inside of you. - Ralph Waldo Emerson

"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done. Now, if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain't you. You're better than that!"
- Movie Quote from 'Rocky Balboa' -

kmadigan~I love that quote! It's so absolutely true!
I'm a believer, and I feel that I have very strong faith, but even the strongest of us can get knocked down when the troubles of the world seep in.
I will hold onto this quote forever, and put it to work in my life. I'm going to write it in he front cover of my Bible. Thank you.
Blessings

May flowers always line your path and sunshine light your day.
May songbirds serenade you every step along the way.
May a rainbow run beside you in a sky that's always blue.
And may happiness fill your heart each day your whole life through.
- Irish Blessing -
