Spotting during chemo

Options

I'm 43 and discovered my IDC on my own 3 months after having a clear mammogram. GRRR  I had my double mastectomy on July 30th with expanders put in. (ouch)  I did have one positive node of the 6 they took out so they did decide to recommend chemo.  I started chemo a month ago.  I'm doing 6 rounds and just completed number 3.  I have chemo every 21 days.  Okay, now to my topic.  I was watching Dr. Oz the other day listened too much to the ovarian cancer episode and they talked about bloating, feeling of fullness when eating, headaches, bleeding....and have now decided that I need to be concerned that I have ovarian cancer.  Is that possible?  I mean I know it's possible, but seriously, what are the odds?  Here's why I'm worried about...about a week after my first chemo treatment I was lucky enough (NOT) to get my period on time ad as scheduled.  After a week of regular period it did slow way down but now 8 weeks later, I'm still bleeding!  Not very much, but consistently still lightly bleeding.  The oncologist didn't seem concerned as I've shared this with her at my last 2 chemo appointments but I was finally fed up with the bleeding that I called my OBGYN yesterday and they seem VERY concerned.  They want to do an hour long ultra sound of my pelvic area asap.  Anyone else have this type bleeding?  Anyone else have some of the same symptoms while going through chemo (bloating, feeling of fullness quickly when eating, headaches)?  Please calm me down....this is all chemo normal..right?

I have a Blog and hear from alot of women who have BC - hundreds.  I've heard many of them say things like you and it turned out to be just Chemo SEs.  In my book, chemo can mimic about anything!

I had a really strange period right after my first CT treatment, it tapered off, stopped for a few days and started again the whole way through my second chemo cycle so six weeks in my case. Third treatment it stopped. My onc didn't seem concerned other than because I'm hormone positive he said it would be best if my ovaries shut down. No harm in checking with ObGyn for peace of mind though.
