It would be interesting to know if they have done a combination trial yet

using all 3,  TDM1 and Pertuzamab together with Herceptin for HER2 B C

or if they have done a trial using all 4,  TDM1, Afinitor, Pertuzamab and

Herceptin in combination for ER+ HER2 Breast Cancer.

It appears there could be synergies
