burning sensation and pain in lumpectomy area

Options

I am almost three years out from diagnosis and for the past two weeks I have been having a burning sensation in my lumpectomy area.  It is uncomfotable and at times a little painful but not unmanagable.  There are no lumps, discharge, rash or signs of infection.  There is some swelling however that maybe related more to my lymphodema than anything else.  My last mamo (2 months ago) was clean but I am a TN and know how qucikly it can show up.  I am scared for the first time in a long time, other than my broken rib for no reason last summer (sneezing, go figure).  If anyone has any similar stories good or bad let me know.  I have a call into my onco but the waiting is killing me.  Thanks, Angi
