Anyone develop Hypothyroidism post radiation therapy?

Recent blood tests now indicate I have elevated TSH for hypothyroidism.  My WBC is 3.5 and I've been exhausted, don't sleep well, hair loss - - might as well buzz this damn hair off.  I'm seeing a nutritionist who ordered more blood work and to repeat the TSH in case error as Free T4 in normal range.  Yes - I am on Femara going on 6 years per my oncologist.

    cp418,   This is what I'm worried about. My thyroid... I see my endocrinologist later this month and need to ask more questions. 

    Don't give up on the hair. On the Arimidex threads there's good suggestions. Some use shampoo that can help..Nioxin is one brand.  I haven't tried that shampoo yet but I did add Biotin to my vitamin list and it may be helping.
