Hi  CelineFlower. I live on the south shore but I am being treated at Montreal's Hotel-Dieu. I am not doing chemo now but been through it all in 2010-2011. Did chemo, 4 DD AC and 12 weekly Taxol.After chemo I had a right radical mastectomy. Triple negative, grade 3 stage 2 with 2 nodes positive. Finished with 25 rads to mastectomy site and armpit. I've been on a clinical trial for the last 18 months too. I take Metformin for 5 years or until a recurrence. Other then that, I feel good. I am being watched very carefully by my oncologist. If you have any questions about your BC treatments, SE or else, feel free to ask me. I will be happy to help you through it all. Take good care. (((hugs)))

hello Celine, I also have finish last week  my radiotherapy at Montreal General hospital, were I had chemo also, until 29 of August. I received 4 AC and 12 taxol/herceptine, and I continue with herceptine until next June ( clinical trial), and also tamoxifen for 5 years.I was ok during the treatment and , please feel free to contact me about anything concerning the treatment...........

seems like i am doing the same treatment as both of you.. my third A/C is tomorow morning....

my sister is the one that takes me and she comes in from st zotique so we got them to put the blood/doc/treatment all on same day.
