IPT therapy? (low dose chemo)

Options

Has anyone here heard of or tried Insulin Potentiated therapy?  It is a low dose chemo therapy using insulin to get to into the cancer cells and kill them whilenot harming your immune system and good healthy cells...I have found only two doctors (one in CSA and on in NY) who do this therapy.

Actually, just bumping.  I do not have any experience with this procedure, but, as a Type II Diabetic, I am trying to LOWER circulating insulin. ( I didn't have chemo tho.)  Please do some more research on this...doesn't seem to be a scientifically studied evidence-based protocol. Perhaps someone with actual knowledge will come along and answer.

There's the claims, and then there is what is (not) proven.  IPT doesn't have proof of efficacy.  Do some research, and don't take the word of the providers of the service.

Yes, I have done IPT with Dr. Forsythe an oncologist in Nevada.  It targets the cancer cell without destroying normally dividing cells and the mechanism of action of IPT is that cancer cells have many more insulin receptors on the cell surface than all other cells in the body.  The concept is likened to a smart bomb.

I was diagnosed from the start as stage iv and given very little time by 3 different oncologists.  Dr. Forsythe, my 4th oncologist is always filled with hope.  This was the first treatment I had and for me, it was the right decision and I have no regrets.
