Thanks for reading my post.My mother had two mammogram and one ultra sound. Now , the Doctor said for biopsy on Wednesday.He said 85% chance is Breast cancer.

Please , I need help what things she can eat and what things she cant eat. I came to know  that red meat beef , pork, lumb and suger is not good her.Fruits and vegetables good for her .I did not find about few things that she can eat or not.

Can she eat chiken , egg , milk , honey?

Things have  to be organic or not ?

Also, it is important, especially during treatment, to get enough protein, so in my opinion, fish, chicken and eggs are not only OK, but a good idea.

Somewhere I came across the advice to have half your plate be fruits and veggies, 1/4 some kind of protein and 1/4 some kind of starch. It works quite well. make the starch part something low-glycemic, like sweet potato, brown rice, quinoa, lentils etc.
