Pain all the time or come and go

I am newly dx, not even a week.  I go for my scans on thursday.  I have had back pain but am hoping it's just bc of the stress.  When you have mets are you consistently in pain or does the pain come and go?  For instance, I don't have the pain in the morning but by mid/end of day my back hurts.

It would be odd for you to have mets at this phase.  I'll bet it's the stress, and your scans will come out clean as a whistle.

A lot of us bone metsters have pain where we don't have mets, so pain is not always the most reliable indicator.
