Liver Mets treatment - Chemo?

Hi everyone im looking for any available information/similar experiences on my diagnosis

Im 57, I was diagnoses with a single solitary liver met - 4cm X 5 cm X 4cm -right lobe

Im Stage 2b (diagnosed Aug 2010) ER+ PR+ HER2+ Treated with Mastectomy,Chemo(6), Radiotherapy and Herceptin. Im 1yr and 8months post chemo at present. I just finished my herceptin 6 months ago. Hair is back and im asymptomatic for liver disease.

1. I need to know if anyones had a similar experience?

2. what were your treatment options?

3. Prognosis with solitary liver mets?

4. Is there hair loss with Lapatinib and capecitabine? other SE?

Im from an asian country and treatment options are very limited. Ill be very happy with any available information.

At the moment they have planned to resect the liver met, start me on aromatase inhibitors and chemo(Lapatinib and capecitabine)

Id really like to meet someone who has the same experience as me. specially with the chemo. Im dreading severe hair loss again.
