I am doing very well on getting the sleeve on now- thanks.
Still think the wrist is tight and am a little upset that my thumb went numb and glove was very tight in thumb during exercise ( so I am guessing thumb swelled) What do we do in these cases? Rip it all off ?
Didnt want to just take the glove off as I figured that might make all swell more, . Ended up taking glove off , keeping sleeve on and switching to lighter compression OTC glove for now !(Translation: No clue what I am doing!)
