Possible second primary ? Anyone else?

I was diagnosed last July with invasive ductal breast cancer, grade1 and 1.3cm tumour with mets to 1/5 lymph nodes. Surgery and rads only for 6 weeks. Tamoxifen prescribed for 5 years but was really unwell whilst taking it. Stopped tamoxifen in Jan this year, as was suffering vomiting and diarrhoea for months. The diarrhoea and vomiting continued with extreme fatigue severe stomach pain and blood in stools. Lots of tests done and finally a colonoscopy which has revealed a large 3.5cm sessile polyp (velvety) and 1.6cm flat sessile polyp. Biopsy shows high grade dysplasia - pre cancer which I'm waiting to have removed for full biopsy. Really scared as possible new primary.
