New Pain on my left side about 2" down from SNB incision scar

It's the same side where I had a mastectomy in 2009 for stage 1 breast cancer. I think it's more or less where the lymph nodes go that come out of the breast and then make a 90 degree turn north to go up the side of the chest to the top of the arm. I am wondering if I should call the doctor. I really hate doing that. It's a very specific point, but then there's another lesser pain point farther up the side of the chest. Anyone else ever have this?

It is not affected at all by breathing deeply in and out - so can't be anything connected with the rib cage.

When I touch it, it is a sharp pain.

What should I do?
