I hate this idea of turning Medicare into a voucher program. If the Federal government can't control the increases in health care costs, how can a retired person?

They are not talking about vouchers for anyone already on Medicare, or for anyone 55 or older.  So, depending on your age, it either doesn't affect you at all, or you have at least 11 years to figure out what to do.
