fat necrosis after surgery and radiation?

Just had my first mammo 1 year after lumpectomy, radiation, tamoxifan, oophorectomy, now letrozole. Mammo detected calcifications. Stereostatic biopsy, results indicated fat necrosis. Very scary, but ok results. Worried this will happen again next year.
