pulling pain symptom

Im not diagnosed, but I have a question for you ladies if you would be so kind. Has anyone ever experienced and pulling pain inside your breast that hurts so bad it wakes you up at night. It feels as though the inside has a string attached and pulling from the inside. It has happened three times once in my breast and one on the side closer to my armpit area. Any information would help. I have a MRI coming up soon. I have has a clear mammo as to very dense breast and a b9 lump that they dont know what it is just that it is not cancer. I have new lumps and what feel like long thin rope like lumps that run horizontal about my areola.
