Anyone also dealing with psoriatic arthritis?

I was just diagnosed with this. The drugs for this autoimmune disorder can cause infections and cancer. Sigh. If anyone has this can I have some advice. I have an appointment with my onc to discuss the meds. I don't want to take them, but if I don't the atrhritis could destroy my joints. Fun stuff. Thanks.
