Just DX with ADH and ALH .... treatment options?

Last week, I got diagnoised with ADH and ALH. I am 36. Meeting with a surgeon next week to see what we need to do lumpectomy wise, I have a fibrodaomea in the area. I am high risk as grandma, mom both had BC. Mom passed away at 48 from stage 4 invasive sacroma. I am not sure if we have BRAC gene or not. No one has been tested in my family. I am also going to be setting up a appointment to go see an oncologist to go over treatment. I have been having fibroids since I was 19... lost count of all the biopsies so far, and been having mamos since I was 32. I am not liking the idea of tamox.. as both my grandma and mom were on it and got congestive heart faillure about 4+ years out while being on the drug and I have been on lyrica so i know how weight gain and medications go. I also get just about every adverse side effect on any medication possible... so I am very leary of the drug. Has anyone had one of the newer mastectomies? ie.

Prophylactic Mastectomy I know it doesnt totaly wipe out your chances 100% but its better than being at risk 100+ over the average person, as I feel I might be. Thoughts, suggestions, advice, I would so appreciate it!
