Reconsructive surgeons Vancouver/North Vancouver

I'm thinking of doing a double mastectomy and breast reconstruction and need advice on plastic surgeons in North Vancouver or Vancouver or Burnaby. I think my option in North Van is Dr. Leslie Kerlucke and I've been told there is a good team at VGH with Dr. Kuusk (surgeon) and Dr. Peter Lennox (plastic surgeon). Does anyone know these doctors and have feedback or have any other great docs that they know?

I'm not sure if I can just go to the cancer agency and ask them to refer me to specific surgeons or not. I think if it's my body I should have that choice but I haven't met with them yet. At this point I've had 3 lumpectamies with high grade and a large amount of DCIS so I think it may be the only option as I still don'thave a really clear margin (less than 1mm).

My current surgeon is Dr. Jennie Smith who I like but I'm not sold on Dr. Kerlucke, that's why I'm checking.
