Left side: BMX. power port and left breast expander

I had a bilateral in August for Stage III, node postive, er/pr+.  I have a power port on my left side and a tissue expander.  My right side is fine even tho that is where the cance was with node removed and tissue expander added.  no problems.  This is second time around(first left side with node and lump removed-stage 0, no lymph nodes.) with TC, radiation and hormone treatement plus expander exchange(Sept 2013).  Here is the problem, the power port has moved up from it original position, feels like the left expander is sitting on a nerve.  My left upper arm on the outside looks discolored.  I have spoken to PS and MO and they are not too concern about any of this.  I am getting my second round of TC today and will ask for a Chest X-ray to check the port.  The doctors just seem to pooh-pooh me.  I am so frustrated.  Anyone have any answers.
