When to Start Wearing Bras Again

Hello everyone,

I was diagnosed in February this year, had lumpectomy and some of lymph nodes  removed; had chemo for 3 months, had 35 rads which I finished in August.  I still have some soreness  in the breast that had bc and am still wearing camisoles.  I wonder how long the soreness lasts and when you can feel comfortable in a bra again.  Does it help to buy more comfortable bras?  If so, does anyone know of a brand or style that is especially soft or comfortable?

I adore the Genie bras or Ahh bras.   But I am not out in the work force and do not feel the need to be "perky".    They both give me the support I want and need and no digging into my shoulders or wires poking.
