brannonjw - Sorry, I don't mean to intrude on the Male Breast Cancer forum, but wanted to let you know to rant away.  That is one of the benefits of this community.  We can be honest and get rid of stuff which has been building up and feel safe about not being judged.  Continue to be an advocate for yourself and the one thing I learned to move things along a little quicker was to always be a nice, smile and ask how the folks behind the desk were, and for some reason there were always new openings that would come up.  I have also brought baked goods to share with the doctor's office and it seems to help with developing a good relationship with the support staff, at least that is the impression I got.  Once your treatment plan is established and you start in on it, you feel like you have a more control, at least that is what happened with me.  Best wishes and hang in there.
