Hi all,

I was diagnosed with breast cancer (and did the full bilateral mastectomy, chemo, and radiation experience) two years ago, finished treatment a year ago.  I was a compulsive lurker on these boards throughout my treatment, and found the information and support really helpful.

I've just come out with "The Breast Cancer Checklist" book--it's the book that I needed when I was diagnosed, that I couldn't find anywhere.  It's easy-to-use checklists for what to do before, during, and after breast cancer surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation--and includes pre- and post-surgery, lumpectomy, mastectomy, chemotherapy, radiation, choosing your medical team, often-overlooked medical issues, complementary medicine and nutrition, managing drainage tubes, infusion ports,  lymphedema management, herceptin, tamoxifen, lupron, triple negative, clinical trials, and a ton of practical checklists as well--managing work and family life, medical and insurance records, organizing menu planning and clothing and equipment purchases, even checklists of freebies including free restaurant meals, free housecleaning, and free vacations and spa retreats open only to breast cancer patients and survivors.

Scientific American just posted a fabulous review of the book at:

And you can look at dozens of sample pages from the book (at the bottom of the homepage) at:

Thanks so much for everyone's support in helping to share this with people who need it.
