Thanks for posting Weesa. I'm in the middle of chemo, still looking for the light at the end of the tunnel. Nice to know that someone is there holding a lamp for me to see.

Grace--what a lovely image, holding a lamp up for all of you who are going through treatment to light the end of the tunnel. It made my day. Sometimes I feel like not coming back here, and not posting anymore, thinking it doesn't matter, that it keeps memories too fresh for me, but then I read responses and realize it does matter. weesa

It certainly does matter Weesa!  This is my all time favorite post.  I come back to it often!  If sisters like you and other long term survivors didn't come back to post, I would have thought my life was over a few years ago!  It matters more than you know!  Thank you!

I am not Stage III, but I keep coming back to this post, simply because - as someone pointed out - it's nice to know that there is someone there, holding a lamp to light the way.

Hey Weesa. Couldn't help but notice that you are now "on the edge" of 11 years out! Sending you a big fat congratulations!!
