muscle aches

I had breast cancer 3 years ago. Haven't seen an oncologist in over a year. Have had muscle aches for about 6 months. Seens to pull muscles easy when lifting. Seems liike one spot heals they another spot will hurt. Could this be a symptom of spread or am I just being paranoid.
