Anyone a few years out after bilateral mastectomy

I was diagnosed just over a year ago with bilateral breast cancer (1cm in right boob 8mm in left) Both Her2+ ER+/PR+, one grade 2 the other grade 3. Also only 1 affected lymph node, but 1 cm and extracapsular extension!! Anyone with anything similar that's doing well a few years out? I never seem to come across bilateral survivors and having a bit of a wobble.
