I just read the article about 4 distinct types of BC. I understand the basal-like (TN) and the HER2-enriched, but I'm confused about Luminal A and Luminal B. Because I am hormone receptor positive and HER2-1+ (so considered negative), I assume my cancer is one of those types. Can anyone help me understand the difference in the two? I have heard of both, but I don't understand what this really means.

I don't think it as simple as labeling one Luminal A vs B.  See if these links give better descriptions.
