Seven years and counting!
Hi Ladies,
just dropping by to say Hi. Today marks my 7th year since diagnosis. The active treatment seems so far away..I am glad to say.
Cheers to all of you being treated, may you come out on the other side in good health.
I am remembering friends who have passed today and those still struggling.
This past summer I travelled across 2 countries to meet friends I met on this board who went through chemo with me. Our group has hung together through good times and bad.
Live each day!
Fists up!

Congrats Maryann!!! I reached 7 years this past May. Heres to 7 more. Oh wth....how bout 20!!! Hello to all the 2005ers....nice to see your all doing well. I don't post that often, but I never forget about the courageous women on these boards. Prayers and well wishes to you all. Naomi

Hey Naomi, we joined around the same time. I had a very active chemo group..hence all the posts..lol. I loved the posts from women years ahead so I make a point to come back and celebrate life with all of you.
In 2005 I had kids in elementary, junior and senior high. They have all graduated high school and the eldest has started medical school. I now have my sites on grandchildren some day...is it so much to ask?

keep counting. the years are there. never give up. happy for you. long roads are worth it.
keep on keeping on*
