but I had to post it today. I am a singer, not professionally, but my dad is a pastor and I was singing on stage almost before I could walk. As a matter of fact, my dad used to preach holding me in his arms and I would "sing" along with the music even before I could talk. I sing for weddings, revivals, church events, fundraisers, youth rallies, etc. I'm terrible at speaking in public and have a very hard time finding the right words. But when I sing, and write songs, I can pour my feelings out through the music, and I'm more at home on stage than I am anywhere else. I know not everyone on here is of the Christian faith, but these lyrics are so powerful, and so comforting to me, I just had to share them.

Thanks for the inspirational song...wish we could hear you sing it...imagine it would be beautiful!  There is a thread for "Prayers and Inspiration" (or something close to that sentiment)...might do well there. Joan

I had forgotten about the inspirational forum Joan. Thanks. Also, I just realized I didn't clarify in my original post that I did not write this song. I only sing it. Sheri Easter wrote this one while she was undergoing treatment for breast cancer.
