Breast feels sore when touched

The breast where I had the lumpectomy 18 months ago developed a soreness when touched, or when I rolled onto it in bed. It was the actual breast that felt sore, not the bone underneath. It got more tender over several weeks and then it went away again. Never any soreness when exercising or at rest. No bruise, rash, swelling or warmth. I am 20 years postmenopausal so it wasn't "period-related". Of course it was stressing me out but now it's gone. Has anyone else experienced this?
