how to post more that one dx

when I first signed up there is a questionare to fill out. This is what shows at the bottom of your posts. There wasn't a place to put new dx . can anybody tell me how I am able to now include all my dxes?

anamerty, after you've entered your diagnosis, if you go back to My Profile (link at the top of any page) and then to the My Diagnosis tab, you'll see a purpleish button to Add Diagnosis, click that and you can add an additional diagnosis. Many members choose to add new diagnosis info as a Signature (also from My Profile, and then the Settings tab, then scroll down to Signature.
