Mammaprint for Local Recurrence?

I had BMX in January 2011, followed only by tamoxifen - Oncotype was 14, no chemo, no rads. "True local recurrence" of 1 cm found after 16 months. In both bases, strongly ER+, PR+, HER2-.  I've had my surgery. MO originally said no chemo, but then my path report came back showing ki-67 of 49, so she was considering chemo. We did Mammaprint, which came back showing me as "low risk." So then she said "no chemo" again - although after I indicated my concern over rapid recurrence and high ki-67, she is now saying it's my choice.

To what extent should I feel that I can rely on the Mammaprint?  According to the report, I have 10% risk of local recurrence in 10 years if I have no further treatment; this risk comes down to 5% with hormonal therapy (would switch to AI's since tamoxifen hasn't worked).  I'm also planning radiation this time (don't know what that does to risk - I have a question in to the rad onc).  But the validation studies of both Oncotype and Mammaprint were done for initial cancers, not recurrences.  I don't want to be stupid and subject myself to overtreatment, but I just don't feel like I know what to do about the chemo.  Any opinions out there?
