Petition for Stage IV Research

Hi Ladies,

I just wanted to let you know about a petition that I started. I don't know if it will help, but it can't hurt. As you all know by now, we only get about 2% of all funding for research, which hardly seems fair considering that 30% of all breast cancers will become metastatic. 2% just isn't getting the job done. It's the same old status quo and we need a change! So, please read, sign, and you can share through FB or by emailing the link.

Also, in 2009, our lawmakers signed a declaration that October 13th was to be designated as National Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day. I have been busy making ribbons for our day, and I have about 25 extra ribbons. If anyone would like one, please send me a msg and I can get one out to you. Or if you would like a picture to use as a model to make your own, let me know and I can send you the jpg picture.
