Getting into shape after breast reconstruction.

After a year of inactivity due to a tissue expander and all its pains and restrictions I want to get into shape.  I had my expander swapped out in may.  In June I started doing light housework and gardening, and then I jogged lightly twice.  I then noticed a pea sized lump at the bottom of my reconstructed breast. Doctor says its scar tissue.  Has anyone had any experience like this?

I have a saline implant behind the muscle.  It still hurts and itches in a place I cannot find.
