During this free teleconference, Susan Hong, MD, MPH, will explain what to expect both physically and emotionally when your treatment for breast cancer ends. Since 2002, Dr. Hong has been a key member of the program for personalized health and prevention, a program that features comprehensive full-day physical exams and tailored recommendations for optimal health. She also practices in the primary care group.About the ProgramOur speaker will give a brief presentation followed by a question-and-answer period.
