Low B12, low Vitamin D and thyroid...

Hello again. Since 1992 I have had low B12, I take shots. Last year Vitamin D was 14 or around there (memory, ugh), very low have had now been told there seems to be an issue with my thyroid test results. I asked Onc. if it was Hypo or Hyper. He mentioned a bit of both. Has anyone here ever heard about having a bit of both, thyroid problems. I posted this under my question about MRI/MRA. I read that Tyroid problems can present with slurred speach, speaking issues. This was one of the symptoms I had that I went to the ER with. Thanks
