Breast Cancer after Lung Transplant

I had a Lung Tx 3 years ago and was diagnosed with IBC in Jan 2012. I had a lumpectomy and have 9 sessions of radiation to go. My Onc. wants me to start on Letrozole which I am not too sure about. Has anyone else had a tx and have BC??????
