New diagnosis, awaiting surgery, new symptoms I cant find online

So my 'lump' feels like a 4 inch long hard tube. Starts just above my nipple and extends upward. Plus there is another nickel size lump just to the left of it beneath the skin of the areola. It didnt hurt before, but my breast seems to be getting more and more sore.

Now though, there is a hard rope or chord like thing just under the skin, that goes across the top of my areola, and down the side of it. Plus, recently there is another one that is shorter that runs just alongside the top of my nipple. Nipple is really tender to touch most of the time.

This rope like thing looks kinda like a vein would look, but it is not bluish color and it is hard.

Anyone else ever had anything like this. What was it?
The only thing I can find is info on Chording and AWS, but that occurs following surgery involving lymph nodes. Mondors? Maybe, but that sounds like it would be more painful.
