Working the night duty

Do any other ladies work nights, i have been working nights for the last 10years i work 4 in a row which can be very tiring but do-able, i do worry about the effects and hope my health is not affected too much. i rearly do not have a choice as i am on my own and financially i am able to earn more. Would love to hear your views on this. hugs!!!!!
