Pain in back

Options

I just had a mammogram/ultrasound and am waiting for a double biopsy. The radiologist said "more than likely it is cancer" So of course I am extremely worried, sad, shocked, etc.. However, my question is......I have complained about a pain or really more of a feeling in the middle of my back for awhile now. So I am wondering if the cancer has spread. I just found the lump a week and a half ago. It is possible the lump could have been their and spread to my spine,or lungs, liver, or somewhere else but I never knew it until i felt the lump in my breast a week and a half ago? The ultrasound tech said the tumor looks small, like 2x2. 2x2what???? I was soo stunned I didn't ask many questions. Not sure what to ask.......

2x2 millimeter would be really small about 1/8 of an inch. 2x2 centimeter would be about 3/4 of an inch. Hope this helps you with the size question. NJ

Thanks. Obviously this is all new to me. Not much on here about my back pain. Most of the back pain things are after treatments. So scared and devastated. So thanks for the reply.

I have back pain but it is in my lower back. I go for a MRI the 29th. I am a 2 yr BC survivor, had a Masectomy and 3 Lymph nodes taken out. The pain isn't on the Spine its muscle aches. Can't stand for more then 5 minutes. I didn't hurt myself either. Any thoughts anyone?

    Thank you,

    Worried
