Egg Freezing, Wanting to Have Kids in the Future

Options
I am planning on going through this procedure and for all of us that do not have kids but may want to in the future.

I just wanted to share because for those of us (I am only 23) that are young and want to have kids this opens up awesome possibilities! Instead of having to make embryos with some random individual's sperm, we can at least hopefully save our eggs until we find that person we want to be with. I did not realize how new this technology was, but how amazing it is at the same time! Just thought I'd share!

    Hadley,

I am so sorry for your experiences with regards to not only BC but your health in general. Your story sounds long, arduous and I commend you for your strength throughout the past years. Many hugs and positive vibes to you!!

Also, the second link I posted is a video...it should be located on the bottom right of the screen...that is what that link is for =)

Hope this helps. I do want to update that this experience is a lot quicker than I imagined as well...it only takes like 2 weeks from the day I start my period which is awesome. I am scared that I will have to inject myself with hormones (I hate needles) but I'm sure it will be fine. I just need to keep telling myself that it secures my future.
