Is Zoloft Safe For Triple Negatives not in Treatment Anymore?

Hi sisters, I want to start an anti-depressant. Is Zoloft safe for Triple Negatives to take? I'm not on chemo or anything.
If it isn't safe for any reason....what should I take? (Prozac swelled my lymphedema so I don't want that one)

Yes it is. I'm on 100mg. I've been on it for years, and my oncologist allowed the increase to 100 mg (from 50mg) when I was diagnosed.
