How often do you get follow up mammo?

I had lumpectomy, chemo and rads as for my treatment.  I am getting mammo & mri every 6 mo's, and blood work every 3-4 mo's.  I am seeing 2 surgeons for post surgery and the other breast's microcalcification issue.  My 2nd surgeon is at Memorial Sloan Kettering and he only recoemends annual mammo and no mri.  He says annual mammo is enough.  I wanted to hear from you what kind of post treatment tests you are getting and how often.  Thanks in advance for sharing.

Annual mammo. Annual MRI for now (only because my tumour didn't show on mammogram) and I have family history. Clinical visits, every 6 months (between onc and BS). No bloodwork except what I get in my annual physical.

at the 2.5 year mark----I get mammo every six months until the three year mark and have an appointment after each mammo with my breast surgeon.  I currently see radiologist every six months. I was seeing oncologist every three months, but  this has now been extended to four months (bloodwork at these visits).
