follow up tests and radiation

Wanted to ask what kind of follow up tests are you having as a part of your tests and how often.

Had lumpectomy with lymph nodes affected in 2009 and had PET CT as a yearly follow up with mammo and now wondering if it advisable to have another....

Is it necessary to expose ourselves in this increase radiation ?

How many of you are you having PET CT or other CT Scans annually as a part of your follow up?
