Varicose Veins & Tamoxifen

I've been researching for hours to find some info. I'm wondering if anyone here is taking Tamoxifen that has Varicose veins.About 4 months into taking Tamoxifen, I started feeling this slight pinch on my leg, and when I look at it, it appears to be a flat red patch. Once I raise my leg, it disappears within a minute. I've asked my oncologist about it several times, even my GP.. no one has any answers. I'm about to go crazy!! is this a blood clot? It happens sometimes everyday, sometimes once a week! HELP!
