I've been seeing the above mentioned TV series advertised on Foxtel a bit recently (starting later this month). Has anyone seen it ?? What do you think of it ??

I enjoyed it too, I was interested to see how they would make a comedy/drama series out of such a serious topic but I think it is great. I believe there is only one more series of it being made and I'm looking forward to it being back on our screens here in NZ.

I ended up buying the First and Second season. I've been looking at it sitting on the TV cabinet for nearly 3 weeks so I'm going to start watching it right now considering I can't sleep !!!

It was on in Egland when I was first DX so around December time. It really helped watching it for me and DH because it made us laugh and cry.

I was hoping to watch it with my partner but I sold it to him as a "comedy about cancer" and he took offence to the words "comedy" and "cancer" being used in the same sentence so I'll be watching it by myself. However the first 4 episodes I watched this morning were great and I can relate to a fair bit of it. Depending on how it pans out I might re-watch it with my daughter . . . .

I've watched the first series now and it's pretty good.  Looking forward to the second series being aired, but not sure when that will be in Australia
