Can mild LE ever go away completely?

    Thanks for the link Binney, I have seen that page before but probably did not read it carefully. Perhaps I will order one of those camisoles on Amazon just to try out. I would also like to try one of the compression breast binders and swell spots pads perhaps overnight. I have an appointment with my therapist in a week so I'm going to wait to see what she says.

    To give some of you hope, I had mild to medium LE about 4 years ago and it has not returned. I am hoping it has gone away forever.

    I am a quick responder to compression...one of my first LE's noticed that I went down about a CM just having the sleeve on 20 minutes, (honestly even 10 makes a difference).

    Don't get me wrong I wear a sleeve at home, most of the time at work, and traveling, but in social situations I cheat as much as I can. That's when I do the quick compression break.

    Cookie, is it cheating, if you have figured out how to recover from a sleeve break? I call that a sanity strategy, not cheating.  Having your cookie and eating it too?
