    I have read on here about all the wonderful things you can use coconut oil for. So I decided today to get some at the store. Imagin my surprise when I get there and there are two different kinds! Virgin and refined. What is the difference? Which one is better? I want to use it as a hair rinse, as a lotion, to cook with, and I have even heard of people eating it straight. Which one would be better for me? Thank you!

    Ok, good. Thats what I got! I believe I read one of your posts about it. lol Did you say you eat it and use it for a hair rinse? If so, how do you do each?

    I haven't cooked with it but I use it on my skin and a bit on my hair. Melts easily so it the warm weather I keep it in the fridge. Caryn
