Scared about liver mets

Hi all. I did 4 rounds of A/C and then another 4 of taxol with Herceptin. I finished chemo 3 months ago, 30 rounds of radiation done about 3 weeks ago, and now I'm only on Herceptin every 3 weeks. My question is that my liver enzymes(Alt and Ast) have been rising in the past month. Alt is 109 now and ast is 67. I occasionally drink but didn't for 7 days prior to my last blood test, I am somewhat overweight from the chemo but started going to the gym and back to eating healthy 3 weeks ago. I do not take any OTC meds or vitamins. I'm petrified right now that my cancer has spread. Knowing how upset I am, my doctor ordered a ct scan tomorrow afternoon and I should know the results Monday. She told me not to worry and that 95% of the time, it's not liver mets. I can't help but be worried sick. Has anyone else gone through this?

I can share what my docs said. My lab work showed ALT 69. My primary said this number could be due to alcohol or fatty liver. Onc said could also be gall stones. So, he recommended follow up with primary for ultrasound. Monday can't come soon enough I am sure. Im have CT on chest mon. I hope you can relax as much as possible this weekend.
