I have focal columnar cell hiperplasia without atypia on my pathology report. Can this change eventually to be with Atypia?

I have this feeling inside that I should be looking out for more information. It's been a long time almost 3 years since I started with these breast issues. First was a intro-mammary lymph node 1 cm that we were watching, then several cysts were added, this was in my right breast. A year later the lymph node was same size but it was causing a very sharp pain, like stubbing, but they told me nothing to worry about, it was biopsied and it did not show cancer, but the biopsy report read "looks like" they were not sure. They aspirated a couple of cysts, all benign. after that the BS wrote a diagnosis of "dense breast" and take some Advil for pain and also Primrose oil caps. I need to go back in 6 months to repeat mammograms and whatever was needed, but because other family issues it was not possible so I skip 5 months until I went to the breast center, thin time a different place because I moved. this new center retrieved all my history and they did the mammogram and the doctor told me that they found something different then what I was telling them. This new findings were in both breast but a considerable larger amount in the left breast so they did a core biopsy they took 4 samples and the doctor said that there was another section in the bottom of the breast but he thought that taking just from the top will be best. is a large area that is affected by these cells (from 11 am to 2 pm on the top of the breast)

Now after they told me that this was pretty serious and I needed to have close observation I asked is this condition going to change? he told me that they don't know, but my question is

Is this area going to keep growing? is these type of cells going to change into something different? the report also read that I have a very small papilloma in the area, is this going to be a problem?

what can I expect?

from what I know that papilloma are precancerous cells , usually they are taken out by a ductography-

I am new on this site as well, I do hope some of the other ladies can help you out. Did they take the core biopsies from both breast or just the left?

A solitary papilloma is benign.  CLUSTERS of papilloma may or may not (and usually not at all) be termed as precancerous.  I am not sure about the rest of what you wrote, sorry.

Thank you MarysDen101 and amanda1116 for your information. I was told by my doctor at the Breast Cancer Center, where I live that usually cluster are like several grains of sugar together, but what I have is a lot larger than that, I don't even know if we can call it a cluster anymore, but the big question is that my cells are changing and this is my biggest concern, how often do they change to be cancerous? Every person that I have asked say the same thing we need to wait, wait for what? I already know that there is a mayor possibility to actually develop breast cancer, I already know that, being high risk for the past 2 years, but I want to fin out how often do cells that don't present Atypia change to present Atypia? this will give a me a range to know how bad this actually is. I have the same condition in my right side only a little less.
